Questions?

Where is your office located?

You can participate in your therapy session whereever you feel most comfortable.  Therapy works best in a private and safe place, which could include your home, your workplace, or even your car.

I am licensed to provide therapy to individuals located in Wisconsin.  I also offer teletherapy to indivudals in PSYPACT approved states. Please visit their website to see if your state qualifies.

Do you take insurance?

I work as an “out of network” provider.  However, many insurance companies will offer reimbursement for psychotherapy sessions with an “out of network” provider.  Contact your insurance company to see if this is an option for you.

I am happy to provide a monthly superbill for you to mail to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.  Payment is due in full at the time of service even if you choose to submit a superbill to your insurance company.

What are the benefits of paying out of pocket?

Insurance companies often interfere in the therapuetic process by limiting the number of sessions per year, requiring diagnoses, and regulating what we do in the therapy session. By paying out of pocket, you determine how long to stay in therapy, what you want to work on each session, and what approach is right for you.

What are your payment options?

I accept all major credit cards, as well as Health Savings Account cards.  When you complete your intake paperwork via the secure client portal, you will fill out a credit card authorization form that allows your card to be charged every time we meet.

Do you offer a sliding scale?

Unfortunately, I do not have any sliding scale appointmet slots available at this time.

How do I set up an initial appointment?

You can easily schedule a 60 minute intake appointment via my secure client portal. To get started, please click here.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you must cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid paying the full session fee for your missed session.

What age ranges to you work with?

I work with clients who are 18 years old and older.

Are you licensed?

Yes, I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the State of Wisconsin.  (License# 2976-57)

I am an EMDR-trained therapist by The EMDR Institute, Inc.

I am also trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy by The Gottman Institute.
